Jennifer Ty is the newest addition to our dental hygiene team! She started her dental career as an assistant after completing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Art History at Mount Holyoke College. In 2014 she completed her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene at the MCPHS University Forsyth School.
Education and serving others are two of Jennifer’s favorite endeavors. Her interest for both of these things started with her work with Best Buddies, a program for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Her interest in dentistry developed when she discovered she could combine her love of healthcare with education and service to others. Now she enjoys spending her days encouraging good oral health habits, overcoming dental anxiety and creating smiles!
When Jennifer isn’t getting to know CPDA families, she enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring art museums, visiting New York City and spending time at her parent’s donut shop on the South Shore. Her favorite donut is one with rainbow sprinkles! She also speaks Chiu Chow, a Chinese dialect.
